⛈️. Walk x2, core and upper body workout modified, plank, Wii sports, wall push-ups, sit-ups, leg raises, knee raises, and yoga. 13,000+ steps. Got lots of activity and it feels great. My calories are over again today 🙁. But tomorrow is a new day and I will try again. 12 cups of water. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥! Stay safe!
