I came up with an idea that is working for me and thought I would share in case it might be helpful to someone else. Each evening I make two columns in a small book. One is labeled "Intentions" and the other one is titled "Follow-through". Under Intentions I write what I intend to accomplish the next day. Here is a sample of what I write: Up at 6:00 AM, Quote, Positive Self-talk, cardio, balanced eating. In the evening, I check off what I did under the "Follow-through" column. It is very simple but it has helped me stay focused and be aware. If I goof up. I talk kindly to myself and just make a note as to why I may have done or not done something. That evening I plan for the next day.
