🌦️⛈️. Walk, core & lower body workout modified, plank, raking, Wii sports, marching in place, sit-ups, leg raises, knee raises, jumping jacks and chair yoga. 10,000+ steps. Calories were a little high but still better than yesterday. 12 cups of water. So I have been posting my exercises on SP because I am tired of Google fit not transferring the info unless I have high speed data or Wifi. So more work but it will help me better gage everything along the way. Tomorrow I am going to mom's to clean. Plan to walk there if the weather cooperates. Hope everyone had a great day!
