Shooting Stars Week Four Badges and Review

Week four of the summer 5% challenge went fairly well. I continued to be consistent with my fitness goals and made progress on my nutrition goals, even tried a couple of new recipes. The bounty of the garden is encouraging me to eat more vegetables. I lost a bit so I am happy because I really have a difficult time losing weight so I am trying to focus on healthy habits and not so much on the scale number.
