Dark Chocolate vs Milk Chocolate

I love chocolate of any kind and wanted to know which chocolate is better for you health-wise: Dark or Milk. I did a little research and it appears that dark chocolate is much better than milk chocolate health-wise. Some of the things that I discovered is that dark chocolate is more natural, whereas milk chocolate is more refined. Milk chocolate has a smoother, sweeter and creamier texture. Milk chocolate usually contains around 30 per cent cocoa solids and uses milk powder or condense milk to make the chocolate creamier and sweeter. Dark chocolate has a higher percentage of cocoa solids. Dark Chocolate has a much lower sugar content and less calories. Dark chocolate contains up to four times the fiber. Dark chocolate contains 67% RDA of Iron, 58% Magnesium, 89% Copper and 98% Manganese (based on 100g of 70-85% cacoa). So for me, this only confirms why I love dark chocolate.
