Week 5 Shooting Stars – Review

I feel happy with my progress on my August goals this week. I have followed the whole food, plant-based way of eating for the most part, and have rejoined the Lifestyle Nutrition Course for additional support.

On the exercise front, I walked every day, including a short walk on my rest day;I have stretched every day.; I went to yoga three days as planned.; I did not do the restorative yoga class, because the class was cancelled, but I have done some restorative poses on my own. I exceeded my step goal every day. I did not meet my strength goals, but I have done strength more than I have in the past.
