Day 226: Good News

"Our uniqueness, our individuality, and our life experience mold us into fascinating beings. I hope we can embrace that. I pray we may all challenge ourselves to delve into the deepest resources of our hearts to cultivate an atmosphere of understanding, acceptance, tolerance, and compassion. We are all in this life together." (Linda Thompson)
Quarantine Day #147
Hello, my lovely friends!
First off, the man missing in the neighborhood has been found and he’s safe. They found him early Wednesday morning. I’m so glad they found him safe. The whole neighborhood knows him because he walks around everywhere.
It’s been hot here and the next couple of days we could hit 100. I really hate the heat. I’m so ready for the cooler weather. I already started switching things up to Fall decorations on the computer and even the coffee cups.
We could decorate for Halloween inside, but not outside. If we decorate outside the kids will come to the house and we’re not giving out candy this year. Our numbers aren’t going down and there’s just no way I’m going to risk it. I don’t want to put candy out in a bowl and have kids' hands all over the candy. I’m going to have to think about how we’re going to do the holidays this year. We’re not even going to bake for the neighbors, but probably will buy something to exchange with them.
We’re starting to clean up the yard and cut things down. My mom called the lawn service guys and switch it to every two weeks now. We have some branches in a couple of trees that are dead and I need to cut those down. Last year we had an earlier freeze and it did a number on the trees around the community. I also need to check the sprinklers because some trees look like they’re in need of some water.
Be safe! BIG HUGS AND LOVES TO YOU ALL!!!
