Spark people has a 2017 article on 28-days soda free. Well, HFCS/sugared soda free.
Becky Hand recommends diet soda, which carries all of the negatives of regular soda, minus HFCS, and adds digestive issues. FUN!
Plus, I’m a super taster and sweeteners all have a back taste. All of them. Including momkfruit.

Water and unsweetened tea have begun to be the non alcoholic beverage of choice among my circle.
Yes, we brew tea ourselves.
Beyond the sugar, sodas typically steal from your bones. Our skeletons do more than serve as levers and fulcrums and lattice to hang the meat of our muscles. They store calcium and other minerals, with the intention of releasing them into the blood.
That’s why we must replace those minerals.
The same is true for milk, the proteins of which are acidic, so again, the bones must buffer.
Soda helps osteoporosis.
