New long term goal

A new longterm goal after reaching 150 pounds on scales. Work on getting down to 133 pounds. No set time. I don't do will setting a date. It put extra pressure and stress on me.
After losing the next 20 pounds. I like .8 pounds. I will continue to go for my third 20-pound loss for this year. Doing the 20 total carbs or lower is the only thing that has really worked for me. I have had a few days where I had over but would cut my carbs very low the next day. I'm slowly healing my body and listening to it.
