September 2020 Goals for the month

September 2020 Goals

Will continue to set better goals for each month. It is one thing that has worked for me. I check every week to see how I'm doing. I post my goals so I can see them and look throughout the month to see how I'm doing.

It helps me not to focus all on weight loss. I call it improving the whole body.

1. Make my pantry work for me in doing some rearranging. Separate non-keto from keto items. Get ready of food we no longer eat. Did finally get it done. I feel it will work better

2. Work on filing paperwork. I really need to get better at this. It causes stress when I can not find anything. Did not do

3 Keep total carbs below 20 for 5 days. Have 2 forgives days if I need them. Sometimes I make a mistake counting or maybe where they don't have low carb items. off and on

4. Do more Miranda exercises. Catch 2 zoom classes a week. the injury was not able to do

5. Relax more! Which I have a problem doing. Find ways to relax. more like worry more

6. Work more on the animal-base diet and limit 2 two veggies a day. I found keto snacks and dessert BIG MISTAKE

7. Wear my lipoedema compression garments 7 days a week. Did do!!!

8. Attend the healthy classes I have signed up for this month. only missed one and was able to watch the replay

9. Do the wave for 60 minutes for 5 days a week. I have been able to do this but not at high impact as before because of a leg injury. By the end of the month was able to increase impact.

10. Work going through two boxes a week in the basement. Have done more than 2 boxes a week!!! I did well with this one.

11. Enjoy doing fall things. Have only done one weekend

12. Be bold and go for another 10 lbs loss this month starting weight 150. I will be happy if it's just 5 lbs. I did not meet this goal but it,s ok 2.2lb loss Did loss inches.

Did reach my 2nd 20 lbs loss for this year on September 24. Reset for another 20 pounds lost from 149 to 129 no time limit.

September 25, checked BMI I am now at a high normal weight.

Was not a good month for weight loss but it was a good month of getting healthy and learned a great deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
