BLC44 SMART GOALS

This is my revised SMART goal since my beginning weight for this challenge is up from the end of the last one----not happy but glad I am already reversing that. I want to lose 9 pounds during this 12week challenge and I plan to achieve that goal by staying in my calorie range and tracking my food/water/exercise here on SP. I plan to exercise 5-6x/week which includes walking and adding ST 3x/week, and GOYBAD a couple of days at least.
In the past one of my goals was to achieve a certain number of burpees but since the beginning of this year, my knees and ankle want me to not do that! So I'm working on pushups with the goal of doing 20 straight leg pushups by the end of this challenge. I'll also be doing a variety of core exercises and lying down leg exercises.
My reason/motivation for doing the work it's going to take is that I am a caregiver for my aging parents and my special needs daughter. Neither is too involved right now, but I'm noticing a decline in my parents and I need to stay active to keep my daughter active. I also have a toddler grandson that I want to be able to enjoy.
As an added incentive, I know how much better I feel emotionally, physically, and spiritually when I am taking care of my body.
