S-specific- to get to ONEderland and beyond
M-measurable- keep an honest food journal. Keep track of my exercise and weigh-in weekly.
A-achievable- lose 1/2 lb. a week by eating healthy, making wise and good choices.
R-relevant- to feel better about myself- more self confidant. Less joint pain and be able to move easier with less of a stomach. Be a good healthy and active role model for my grandchildren.
T-timely- a 12 week journey of getting healthy while doing BLC 44
