BLC44 - SMART GOALS

SMART Goals for BLC44:
S - specific - - lose 5 lbs by exercising 5 days a week for a minimum of 20 minutes. (still working on eating plan that i can live with)
M - measurable - - by weighing in each Wednesday
A - achievable - - yes, I believe this is an achievable goal. A healthy eating plan and regular exercise should help me to accomplish my goals.
R - relevant - - to reach a healthy weight and BMI; I want to be healthy, fit, and independent as I age.
T - time-bound - - the 12 weeks of this challenge
