I am excited that Fall
is around the corner! I can see the leaves changing and there is a bit of chill in the air! I have been working all year to overcome these injuries and the work is paying off.
In November I had to stop running from a foot injury and January I had shoulder surgery. My shoulder is still struggling along but I see greater and greater improvement every day! I started physical therapy for my foot after many tests and shoulder shrugs. I also got orthotics. I had a successful Summer challenge hitting my 5% and breaking my long-held plateau. I am now
15 pounds from my goal weight and I want to keep going!
arriving I am at the risk of getting thwarted by candy corn! As temptation rises I feel I have to do something to avoid gaining the 15 pounds I gained from the last holiday season! Even more, as the winter moved on and I could not exercise my
arm or my foot
due to injury. But I am stronger now that I have a plan!
I want to make a commitment right now! I want to commit to eating properly and maintaining my exercise routine throughout the season!
I would love to blog every week if I can and stay on top of the Fall challenge and in-between the Fall and Winter challenges! My goal is to lose
but I will be very happy with maintaining my weight for the next 3 months.
