Some mistakes I maded in September. My plan for improvement.

My body does better doing 20 total carbs 5 days a week and 2 days of high carbs.

Eating too many dairy products setting off my allergies early in the week. In the past, I have had the same problem with dairy.

Any kind of sweeter is a no-no for this body. My brain sees it all as plain white sugar. I have really bad cravings. I have a serious addiction to anything sweet and loss control.

Eating high carbs made my leg injury worst and more painful. It has calmed down the last few days. I noticed that I was not as calm and my worrying started back. Back to feeling calm now.

Still need to work on the sleep that got messes up doing higher carbs and sugar craving.

I'm slowly getting there. It just takes a lot of time and planning.

Need to do better at reading labels. For go the keto snacks and desserts.

I will be slowly heading for my 3rd 20 pounds lost this year. After reaching my 2nd 20-pound loss for the year. Will continue to keep my eating plan very simple.
