I know I have drive not sure where it comes from . Since I've been at sparkpeople
for 10 years I have walked 7000 miles that's walking from one end of the u.s.a to
the other twice, i walk daily and have for years and now that i am retired its my

I've been lucky but I have worked hard to keep my heart in shape and stay off
