I had a really chill day today, which was exactly what I needed! I spent most of it working on my crochet needle holder, which is almost done while watching Netflix.
I did my walk and a Zumba class which I wasn't sure of the first time but is growing on me now that I know the steps!
It was also a weigh-in day. I wasn't expecting to lose much this week because I ate higher in my calorie range than normal and missed a day of exercise, but my scale says I'm down 6lbs?! That's actually WAY faster than I'm comfortable with losing weight (aiming for 1-2 lbs per week) so I think I'll have to eat more this coming week. Maybe my metabolism is finally speeding up, which is great! That means I'm at 20+ lbs lost overall! Woo, 10 lb achievement milestone! We'll see how much I lose this coming week and then I'll be at my parents' house, where I might shift my goal to maintain for the week to give my body time to adjust.
