1. Sugar-free detox for the month.

2. Declutter 2 boxes a week in the basement.

3. Work on making the kitchen work better for me.

4. Do some filing of paperwork.

5. Keep total carbs below 20 for 5 days and 2 forgiving days for a mistake in counting or someplace that has no low carb meals.

6. Do Miranda exercises 3 times a day.

7. Relaxing and destressing.

8. Doing online class on fasting.

9. Do the waver 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes strength.

10. Continue 25 pushups every day.
