Finding Something That Works!

So this is probably a very unpopular approach to dieting. But before I continue on and everyone gasps and shakes there heads at me. Let me give you some back story.
I have been dieting on and off since I was 12. I'm now 33 years old. I have tried almost everything, from fad diets to every suggestion about healthy eating on this site. Nothing worked for me because nothing stuck. Diets can't work if you can't stick with it.
Now I am an evening eater. I am not hungry at all in the morning, only moderately hungry around lunch, but very hungry by dinner, and then I tend to binge at night. I have tried spacing meals throughout the day, and I've tried eating over 50% of my daily calories for breakfast. This does nothing for me at all. I still have a big dinner and I binge at night.
This time I am trying something different. Maybe it will work, maybe it won't. But trying the same thing, again and again, isn't working for me at all. I will be eating little to nothing in the mornings, I get nauseous in the morning sometimes, and having something small to eat tends to help. I will have a small/moderate lunch. I've been doing something like a tuna sandwich with fruit. This leaves about two-thirds of my calories for supper. This is my third night of this and so far I have not binged. Which bingeing is usually my biggest downfall.
I've been exercising and staying active throughout the day, and eating little during the day doesn't seem to be affecting this. So I'm going to stick with it for now. If it works then I will be thrilled. Maybe it's not the most popular way and I'm sure there are some out there that will swear up and down that it won't work. But if I've learned anything from the people on this site, it's that not everyone is the same and you have to find what works for you.
