Stopping the Slide

Somehow I have drifted away from the habits that make weight loss work for me...at least the ones that are harder for me. I am still getting my steps and exercising 6 days a week, but I have stopped tracking, stopped planning my meals for the week ahead and started eating small "extra" snacks. And no surprise, it is showing on the scale. So...before I gain any more it is time to STOP. Today I am getting back to the routine that got me this far. I will remember my "why" and be thankful for the results of the work I have already put in. Back on track!
