Fall Challenge Tracking Update

Before the start of the 5% Fall Challenge, one of the goals I set was to be more consistent with tracking. I even came up with a reward system if I met my tracking goal.
Here it is again - to remind me of the prize!!!
Reward myself for tracking
○ Track 25% of the time - new pens for my journaling
○ Track 50% of the time- trip to the bookstore for a new book
○ Track 75% of the time- new earrings from Kendra Scott
So, in 8 weeks we have 56 days I will need to track this many days to earn the rewards I set.
- 25% = 14 days
- 50% = 28 days
- 75% = 42 days
Update on tracking. I have tracked every day since the start of the challenge. The purpose of my goal is to get into the habit of tracking. I usually am very good when tracking is the LTGL for the challenge but after that it is a haphazard thing for me. I usually will post what I eat for breakfast and the rest of the day is blank. I let yesterday get the best of me and did what I usually do!!! I tracked breakfast and got lunch and snacks tracked but failed to track what I ate at in the evening
Good news!! So far I have tracked for 12 days not including today.
