Off to Manitoba, Canada

Saturday, October 24, 2020

My bags emoticon are packed and I am the plance emoticon headed to Manitoba, Canada.

Being from the Texas Gulf Coast region I do not see much of the change in seasons. I am looking forward to maybe taking a hike on the Pinawa Heritage Suspension Bridge to see some fall colors...and maybe a little snow.

Looking back this past week in review, I had a grand time in Vanuatu. So grand that the scales went up instead of down. emoticon Not to worry, today is a new day and I am off to a new destination.

I did take a little side camping trip while in Vanuatu...all the way to Pedernales State Park. I enjoyed hiking, biking and cooking & eating outside. The food just seemed to taste better being cooked outside....well I also might have been a wee big hungrier from all the extra activities too.

emoticon Now I know why all my photos are stuck in my camera. It did not help that I was practicing with two cameras plus my Iphone which translate into a lot of pictures.

Now time to head to the back of the plane for some exercise.

Apparently there isn't much colour left in Manitoba but the did have some snow. Fortunately it didn't hang around but you never know - they might get more this week. Personally I'd prefer NOT to see it yet! (already saw some today and THAT was enough).

Glad that you enjoyed your camping trip even if the scales did go the wrong way. Now we're off on a new adventure. Unfortunately my week four hasn't gone well yet for exercise unless I can count the 15 or 16 trips that I've made up and down the stairs today to the basement and back at Mom's or various reasons!
