I went vegetarian on June 1 and have lost 33# since then. I am doing The Starch Solution, half your plate is potatoes, rice or whole wheat pasta and other half is non starchy vegetables. Some days I only eat oatmeal for breakfast, then four or five fruits for snacks, salad and vegetable soup for dinner. I feel fabulous at 71 and have been walking 25 miles weekly. 160 days ago
