Journal Questions for Consideration

1.These are eight questions to consider each week;
a) What would be the best version of you and your surroundings?
b) Who will you be five years from now?
c) What current top 3 goals are you chasing?
d) What are you best at?
e) What are your plans for the next 6 months?
f) What new skills, things and/or knowledge will be required?
g) What is your motivation?

My answers
a) I am in good health and very supportive of my wife’s ambitions and desires. I have some friends that I can count on for advice and support. I have clarity on what I want and the top three goals I have for my life. My surroundings are the house surrounded by woods at 6400
b) . I am in excellent health can do 50 straight pushups, I am a good husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather to all my family
c) . My top 3 goals are 1) to have clarity on each of the Item 1 questions. 2) To have a feeling of security wherever I live and 3) to maintain my health.
d) . I am best at being a person who can bring out the best in everyone I meet
e) . To maintain my weight under 180 pounds, to stay mostly away from covid 19 until I’m vaccinated then, to make new friends,.
f) . To have interesting topics of discussion that I can rely on.
2. To follow the local news and post in the Virginia Sparkpeople Team page
3. To maintain a journal, and to read up on health issues.
g) Intrinsic satisfaction that these questions resonate with me (and maybe others).

    I like your questions and replies. I don't journal, but suspect I would answer about the same as you with a couple of changes. Goal weight is 150+/-. I have no grands as neither of the boys has the inclination to settle down and procreate (they will be in their 40s soon). Have a safe and healthy Thanksgiving.
