D75-79 R2 Connecting with plan

8th day in row of accurately tracking food intake through photo accountability. Is allowing me to connect to my plan being much more focused and in control of my nutritional tendencies. Since getting back home from vacation on 15th its been a 13 pound drop, average daily intake around 3400 getting back into the 330's. I feel healthier in the upper 330's vs the low 360's back in September. My range of motion and flexibility is improving with the weight loss and new hips. For the first time ever I am able to step up from ground into hay wagon grabbing onto hay rack with one gigantic step.

Its been a very active period that stays busy with the great weather forecast. Little snow, highs in low 30's, lows 20's next several days. Plan is 1000 bale throws days the next several 7-14 days before winter sets in. Injured my foot yesterday when I string snapped on a bale tumbling to ground. Feared much worse yesterday, very painful when it happened. Especially driving my trucks foot pedals or walking uneven surfaces. Worked all day loading stacking hay trailers today went OK and felt good afterward. So luckily know its no worse than strained or bruised ligaments and/or tendons in middle to upper part of foot. Very little pain when flat footed on level trailers and wagons. Believe best healing strategy is to work through it with smart precautions and exceptional nutrition. My logic is its better to stretch and continue foot movement range instead of inactivity for proper healing. Hopefully a piece of cake compared to the two broken ribs this summer.

Looking forward to thanksgiving with all three of our daughters. They are probably anxious like I am awaiting news on moms latest pet and mri scans results tomorrow. Wishing everyone a happy Thanksgiving!!
