No cheat days...

I’m still going strong! On 12/26/2019 I got back into exercising every day. I’ve only missed two days - after a spine biopsy. I listened to the Doctor on that one!
I’ve been speedwalking a hilly 4 miles every day. Today was freezing. I switched it up and did a step video inside. It was fun doing something different, and, I did get sweaty.
I’ve maintained my weight for over a year now. I just passed my two year anniversary of following Forks Over Knives + fish. I love not having to tally calories and I feel good. I finally got into John Hopkins for my sarcoidosis. They are very attentive there. I am getting a lot of different testing done this month. I really believe my food plan and exercise are helping - I do not have any symptoms.
I’ve been working a lot on eating disorders advocate stuff. If you get a chance, check out the Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness and also, their 20th Anniversary YouTube video. It’s really inspiring, and you will hear my story about half way through. It’s been a very busy year, and we’ve gotten a lot done.
I’m still missing my Roxy. She had a really bad seizure at the end. The vets all thought she had a brain tumor. She almost made it to 13 years. I know she had a great life. She was such a great dog. It’s been almost six months, and it still gets to me. Mayzie, who was my son’s dog, had a really hard time. She had one ailment after another for about four months. She’s finally doing better now.
Here is Mayzie - this is the picture on this year’s Christmas card...

I hope you all are staying safe and healthy.
