Sore Foot

So, Sunday night my right foot started giving me pain in the ball of my foot and it was very painful to walk on. It is still hurting and swollen today. I didn't know what was wrong, but I know now. It appears that I am suffering from Metatarsalgia where the ball of the foot becomes painful and inflamed. It doesn't require any medical attention, just rest and staying off my feet as much as possible, and cold packs.
