How often do you weigh?

Hello Friends!
My question for today is this: How often do you weigh?

I have heard over and over that you shouldn't weigh every day. However, I find for myself, that I need to weigh every day. I feel like it keeps me moving in the right direction, and helps me catch myself before I gain too much.
Now I must explain that I don't freak out if I gain a little bit. I know weight fluctuates. If I se a trend of it going upevery day, thn I look over my program and tweak it.
It can be intimidating to say "I gained 5 pounds now I have to lose it. I'd rather catch myself before that.

    It varies with my mood, often daily and the advantage to daily is it gives me perspective on the fluctuations around baseline. Then there are periods where I weigh approximately weekly, usually if I'm busy or feeling discouraged.

    I don't think there's any right frequency, it's individual.

    I weigh daily. I realize that the number fluctuates from day to day. Which is why I weigh daily...I reflect on what I did and/or ate the day before that may have had impact on the result. I don’t obsess over the numbers. For the 5% challenge, I use the weight on Saturdays as my “official” weight, if that makes sense.

    As long as it isn't an obsession and the daily fluctuations don't bother you, I think once a day is fine. I personally weigh once a week. You just don't want to develop an unhealthy relationship with the scale!

    I am like you, I need to weight every day or almost every day to stay accountable. Works for me.

    Are usually wait everyday. I like to nip it in the bed right away rather than Wait and find out it's gone up a ton. I don't really think there should be any hard and fast rule though as to how often one steps on the scale but rather what is a persons preference. Just saying.
