A Snowy Walk

I'm going out for a snowy walk.
Feel the cold wetness on my face
and listen to the silent snow
as it makes its journey to the earth.

Looking around that the world
frosted in fresh white
all looks new and clean
on my morning snowy walk.

Seems that you will walk outside in any weather. I sort of hibernate except when I have to go outside in cold windy snowy days.

Such beautiful pictures. I had a friend who moved to Lake Tahoe and we would visit her in the summer but she asked us to come in the winter a few times. Once there was not snow that early December but we enjoyed ourselves. The next two times it was full on mountain winter with snow flurries and cross country skiing I still remember how quiet it was as we headed off across a meadow for a winter picnic.

Yes, I so love the look after a snow, the pristine white that covers the earth. The glistening in the trees and bushes. But sorry I can't walk in it. That is a dedicated walker that can do that. Thanks for sharing.
