Yesterday I drank my limit on sugary drinks (today is hopefully less than yesterday). I'm cutting back with caffeine so I don't get a headache too. Again.
I accomplished all my goals.
1. I attended an OA meeting.
2. I drank my limit on sugary drinks.
3. I exercised. Lesli walking and yoga.
The bad news my calories were out of range. But as I lower my sugar intake that will help too. Tomorrow I will be done with sugary drinks totally.
