On Frozen Lake . . .

Today on my walk, I ventured out onto Swan Lake in Vernon, B.C. to see a typical Canadian winter scene. Go outside, get some fresh air, and see what healthy living looks like!

And, everyone remembered to social distance, even out here! What a great morning for being alive! I do not know any of these people, but seeing them outside was wonderful. This sure beat walking on the road by myself. Happy Sunday! It was -4*C (25*F).
