Not my best food day (bread and cheese with a side ice cream...) but I'm within my calorie range so not a total fail! I walked at my normal time but procrastinated my workout (strength training plus a 22 min high impact dance workout that had me SWEATING) until later than ideal.
My sleep schedule is shifting later and later again so I need to get that under control this week! I've noticed that I feel groggy when I've been sleeping in too much and going to bed later, even if I'm getting the same amount of sleep.
Today I got up for a minute only for Cloud to steal my chair! Thief!
