A week of stress

This was a week of pain, sorrow, stress and uplifting love and hope. What a week! I had a headache that I think came from my neck needing adjusting. It lasted from one day into the next. I did take a pain pill--don't like to--that did not seem to help. We had a funeral on Thursday, Hubby's older brother passed from Parkinson's. Friday we had a family dinner with kids and grandkids. The love and hope came from the family dinner. All of my teenage grand daughters were coloring at the table after dinner. Darling grandson did, too. He left a picture he colored of a boy fishing on my frig. We adults watched some things on YouTube including some hilarious videos of goats who faint when they are scared. DGS watched some with us, too. It was good to gather. We were celebrating Valentine's Day and the love of family. I try to do this every year and give each one a small gift. Daughter and son, spouses and grandkids all got a small heart of chocolates. Each grandchild (5 teens) got a decorative heart that I made for them. Keepsake of getting together. Good food and laughs. My oldest twin grand daughters took care of making cupcakes and cookies.
It was so good to do some 'normal' things for us. Hope you all have a good weekend and a great weekend.
