Don't Do It Alone

Monday, February 15, 2021

I was seriously concerned that I couldn't keep myself from having a snack after dinner. What helped me last night was talking to a friend until later in the evening and not having my supper until much later -- after 6:30 p.m. Put off having breakfast this morning until after I worked out and began the intermittent fast.

With my confidence up, I went ahead and tracked Not Evening Eating before time so I am truly committed tonight.

Weather guy says up to 8 inches of snow on top of the 2 we already have. I really don't like winter but the snow is exciting me. I'll be going out shortly for a walk and making sure that me and Billie bundle up. Too bad she doesn't have snow boots.

Stay safe, warm, and cozy.

I've realized that my nighttime troubles with food stem from boredom and the desire to procrastinate (there are a million chores I need to deal with), so I can relate to your being in danger after dinner! It's great that you were able to get your mind off snacks by talking with a friend, and that it boosted your confidence.

That's a lot of snow! I can't imagine. There were a few flakes blowing around here earlier, but there hasn't been any snow this year that stuck to the ground. Take care in all that snow, and I hope you enjoyed your walk.
