Trying Tai Chi

Today after my regular IFIT treadmill workout, I decided to try Tai Chi for beginners and I LOVE IT. It was the perfect pace for me. It was slow and easy, but it's not as easy as it looks. I need to practice the movement more slower and not rush. I notice I was moving faster than the instructor. Even thought it was the introduction and Lesson One class, I need to be more patient and concentrate. This is NOT an aerobics class where you have to move fast. This is a slower and more control movement class. I need to learn the movements and repeat the class until I can memories the movements, Once I do that, then I can move on to Lesson Two. Tai Chi will take a while to learn, but I'm okay with that. Besides Tai Chi, I will also be doing my regular normal IFIT treadmill workouts. Till next time as another day in my life.
