emoticon 1/6/21 start 279.2lbs. - 267.8 lbs. today = 11.4 lbs GONE, wow!

11.4 lbs. loss = may not be a lot to others... but to me it is MAJOR!!!! I am still in SHOCK!

reason: I surpassed the 10 lb. loss that I "thought" would neverrrr happen... wow!!!(wiping tears)



Note: Externally I can change my mindset... but the battle is INTERNALLY in my thoughts

Last week I never thought I would get to a TEN pound loss. Seriously.
Internally I thought.. real weight loss will never happen to me.
Internally I thought... others can lose big but something is wrong with MY body
Internally I thought... I will never get to a 10 lb. loss.. it won't happen for me.
internally I thought... My body is broken, age 64, diabetic, high cholesterol
internally I thought... its too late for me. I can't lose wt. cant even lose 10 lbs.
internally I thought... I GAINED a lb. on 02/23/21 its over, I REFUSE to give up!
internally I thought... its ok to be scared of failing, re-group, PUSH FORWARD!
internally I thought... failure is not trying, KNOWLEDGE is Power! COOK!!!
internally I thought... focus on what u know = carbs retain water in MY body
focus on what u know = Processed carbs = cholesterol over-production in me



* Focus on what u know = low carb veggies REDUCES blood sugar in Diabetes
* Focus on what u know = low carb veggies REDUCES A1C blood test results.
* Focus on what u know a healthy body produces 85% of the cholesterol that it needs, and 15% from diet.
* Focus on what u know = Processed carbs affects cholesterol over-production
* Focus on what u know = the answer in HOW to reduce the production of too much cholesterol is to REDUCE the carbs.
* Focus on what u know = KNOWLEDGE is power/strength
