I may have told you that I had started using the noom app. I like it b/c it has a paced program for uncovering the psychology behind why a person overheats. I decided though that I needed to keep using spark people as well because I like the calorie tracking system. It is easier for me to use. Plus, this is where my friends are. I think at this point in my life I really need as much help as I can get. I've cut my calories way back and have not lost weight. I think the major part of the problem is the meniscus tear in my knee because I am so inactive. Each time I step on that leg I am in pain. So right now two apps may be better than one.
