Day 261: 50 lbs down!!

Today I hit a super great milestone! 50 lbs down!! Incidentally, that means I'm only 4 lbs away from onederland! I actually lost 3lbs this week, which explains why I've been hungry the past few days and might also explain why yesterday's workout felt so crappy. I ate higher in my calorie range today to hit "full" because I very much don't want to mess up my metabolism by losing weight too quickly! I don't feel hungry at all losing 2 lbs a week, and the science backs me up on not going for more than that so despite how slow this feels I know it's the right way to do it.
I'll probably take a new set of photos tomorrow and have another comparison. Nothing like really seeing my progress to put me in a good mood!
