🌦️. Wii sports and marching in place, 3 of 15 squats and calf raises, 3 of 15 core and lower body workout, and walk. 16,000+ steps. Another great day but a little more relaxed. Calories are a little high since I had a second helping of the apple crisp I made today. 12 cups of water. Hubby called a friend he wanted to visit tomorrow. But the friend got a job and works during the week. So he told the friend he would call him back. As I knew what was going on by the parts I heard when he hung up I just said "bye". He didn't want me to be upset that he wanted to go and we were playing Wii. He can show he cares when he wants. I told him it was fine and to go. So I got to enjoy some quiet time. Tomorrow will be busier as I have to go and take mom's cat to the vet for her check up. Plan to get my walk and workouts done as well.
