🌞. Cleaned Mom's apartment, walk x2, and marching in place. 9,000+ steps. Today was good. Did not get my workouts done as I was in pain after I got home. Had another walk but forgot my phone at home. Calories are great. 8 cups of water. Not bad for a busy day but not great either. Tomorrow is rest and weigh day. It is also the start to the Biggest Loser spring challenge. So excited to get it started and keep shedding pounds. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥! Stay safe!
