🌞. Rest and weigh day. Down 1.8 lbs! Wii sports and marching in place, and walk x2. 16,000+ steps. Today was a great day! Got lots done around the house. 1 walk was to and from the grocery store. The other was my usual one. Calories are high. Started out great but over did it with a snack and desert. But that's ok. Back to better control tomorrow. 12 cups of water. Today is the start of the Biggest Loser spring challenge. This challenge I set a goal weight of 5% of my weight. That number is 177.84 lbs. I can do it! Tomorrow we are back to chilly weather.
