Another week back on track

Well, back on track this week. Not as good as it should be but I'm getting there. Had to go to the grocery store, I was out of everything. so Monday and Tuesday was a bit high on the calories. Got lots of fruit and some turkey for sandwiches. Also low cal wheat bread. I find myself not even wanting to eat if it isn't healthy. !!! New for me! I think this thing is gonna WORK!!! We had Quizno's subs tonight. I had a small turkey,bacon, Had calories left for the day. Now taking the other half for lunch tomorrow. YUM-O!
