Busy weekend, but kept on track until Sunday. Went out for Chinese, ate more than I should have. Then Sunday night friends wanted us to go for pizza with them. Had a great time of fellowship, but ate 3 pieces of pizza and some bread sticks. Back on track today. I was actually anxious for today go come so I could be back on track again. I much prefer to be doing it right, knowing I"m improving myself. I'm enjoying eating right. I told Otis I just don't feel as good after a bad meal. I was miserable after the pizza.

    I know exactly what you mean. I made bad food choices last week and besides gaining 1.5 pounds, I did not feel nearly as good as I do when I stay on track. This week, I AM STAYING ON TRACK. You will do just fine since you are getting right back on track. Rosy
