fun weekend

Well I only lost one lb last week but that's one more gone. Praise the Lord!!! Played golf again, and got to see the sonogram from the upcoming great grand baby. I couldn't see what they were pointing out! I finally said, sorry, I just can't see it...to which my granddaughter replies. Neither can I!!! It was like a relief that she wasn't the only one who couldn't. LOL She's due in late December. I'm getting serious again this week. Last 2 weeks I haven't logged my food and I can tell the difference. I'm back to logging and I'm sure the next weigh in will be successful.
