Way to go me!!

I'm so happy with myself! Otis & I have been riding our bikes the last two nights. We bought them 2 years ago and have ridden them 2 times before this week. Last time we tried it I got so winded that I couldn't make it around the block even once. This week, it's was 2 tmes around. Not far, but a start and not winded. My legs on the other hand were so weak they were shaking and felt like jello!!! But I know if I keep it up soon I can do 1/2 an hour daily. I did that when the kids were young and really dropped the weight without dieting, so combining it will be wonderful.

    Well I am very proud of you riding the bikes! That is just super! Glad you were not winded which shows that you are really improving your health. The legs will get used to it and adding a little more at a time you will be up to that 1/2 hour before you know it. Keep up the good work! Rosy
