Begin again

Well, I haven't been good for the last 2 weeks and have lost NOTHING. Surprise!! I think I've discovered my problem and am working on that now. I have NO WILL POWER. So in church Sunday, pastor Greene said we all have an angle who is assigned to help us.
Hebrews 1:14 (Amplified Bible)14Are not the angels all ministering spirits (servants) sent out in the service [of God for the assistance] of those who are to inherit salvation?
Today I'm asking him to keep me away from anything tempting to me food wise. To help me make wise decisions.I really believe if we ask God to help us he gives the angels permission to help us with thngs like that. Otherwise if we don't ask Him, they are standing around with their hands tied because we haven't asked. They can't just help us without us wanting it.
Galatians 5:22-25 (New Living Translation)
22 But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!

24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to his cross and crucified them there. 25 Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives.
That would include eating.
