Not Getting Enough Sleep

I for one am among those who do not get enough sleep. My working hours are twelve hour shifts. One week I work two days, with five days off and the other week, I work five days, with two of the days off.

My commute to and from work is atotal of one hour and five minutes. When I get home, I have to fix me some breakfast, take a shower and I am lucky if I get in bed before 10:30.

    Sleep is an important part of weight loss so remember to do your best to rest when you are not working. You will have to commit to it because it is also integral for cell reproduction and for beauty too ;)

    I drink chamomile teas and use soothing body scrubs and lotions and all kinds of things to heighten the sleep mood and then, I pray and just do it.

    Ask GOD to allow the sleep that you get to be sufficient for your body. In JESUS' Name...amen
