Weight loss after Thanksgiving blow out!

Wow! I have found that after going off JUDDD for a few days, I am able to lose rapidly by doing 3 low calorie down days. I weighed 157 on Sat, had my 1st down day on Sun. lost 3 lbs (Mon morning) did 2nd down day on Mon. lost 2.5 lbs (Tues morning) did 3rd down day on Tues lost 1 lbs (Wed morning) New weight today is 150.5. I'm still up 2.5 lbs from my low but I'm focused!

    So glad it came off so fast for you! That has to be inspiring & make you feel good! I can't imagine doing 3 DD in a row, but it sure did the trick for you!!! That's great!! Definitely confirming that you can have a few days of "vacation eating" !!
