Weight loss after Thanksgiving blow out!

Wow! I have found that after going off JUDDD for a few days, I am able to lose rapidly by doing 3 low calorie down days. I weighed 157 on Sat, had my 1st down day on Sun. lost 3 lbs (Mon morning) did 2nd down day on Mon. lost 2.5 lbs (Tues morning) did 3rd down day on Tues lost 1 lbs (Wed morning) New weight today is 150.5. I'm still up 2.5 lbs from my low but I'm focused!
