I have been trying out my new WOE and have been on it a 8 days. My calorie intake average for 8 days is 908 calories. In those 8 days I have lost 2 lbs down to 147.5 (for 3 days). I am eating about 300 calories a day more than I was before (oil calories) but the difference is that my weight has steadily gone down or maintained. At this point I probably need to do a down day to lose more weight. I am still trying different ways to get 75% Fat, 5% carbs and 20% protein. The oil should help my thyroid and my dry skin and up my good cholesterol some. I'm hoping so. I will keep you posted on my results.
