2.75 mile walk in 1 hour.
I thought it was a lot to do but I just kept going.
Listening to my music and watching the dogs having fun.

then came home to clean.
I managed to clean so easily and quickly.
I went and did the car interior after.

something to achieve has kept me moving and going further.
